Progress on Liverpool’s first container retail park on Lodge Lane in Toxteth is making rapid progress.
A team of contractors from Larnook is busy delivering the 14 unit development for developer CanCo, to a masterplan drawn up by architect Alan McBeth and advisor Richard Lanyon of Lanyon Associates.
“It’s a cracking idea that uses the site footprint really intelligently,” says Larnook managing director Chris Evans.
“We’ve been able to overcome some site challenges, such as routing of sewerage channels, without impacting the architect’s vision and we’re looking forwards to its completion.”
The development is being marketed by local property expert Yas Alawi of New Era Property, with preference for the easy-in, easy-out terms given to local people.
The scheme is expected to complete before the Easter break.
